Michigan Stops All Dining-In at Restaurants, Bars at 3p.m. Monday
Governor Gretchen Whitmer has ordered all Michigan restaurants and bars to serve only take-out and delivery beginning at 3 p.m. Monday.
“I’ll be issuing an order this morning to shut down bars — temporarily, of course — and restaurants,” Whitmer told Fox 2 News.
The rules specify that five customers can be inside a restaurant at one time, as long as the customers are spaced six feet apart from one another.
The order is the latest step to stop the spread of COVID-19 and follows similar moves made by the governors of Ohio, Illinois, and New York.
