Perry has also committed to paying for the future college educations of the Rayshard's four children, according to People Magazine.
Brooks was shot and killed outside a fast-food restaurant during an encounter with an Atlanta Police officer last week.
Funeral arrangements Brooks are scheduled for Tuesday, June 23, at 1 p.m. EST at Atlanta's historic Ebenezer Baptist Church.
