The Most Popular Fast-Food Restaurants In Every State Since Coronavirus Hit

Since the coronavirus pandemic, many are turning to to-go food for dining needs. Not surprisingly, fast-food is usually the preferred option.

According to a study done by The Daily Meal, there are a few frontrunners: the most dominant chain according to this, is Sonic. After that, McDonald’s, Taco Bell, and Wendy’s are popular faves.

Their study broke down the most popular chains by state. To get their data, The Daily meal states, “Market research company Top Data analyzed the year over year average percent change in the number of visits experienced by each fast-food restaurant chain. This particular data set compares June 2019 to June 2020.”

They add that Alaska and Hawaii were not included in their study.
