Naya Rivera’s Body Identified: Confirmed
As reported, a body was found in Lake Piru where Naya Rivera went missing. Ventura County Sheriff’s tweeted out the news, saying, “A body has been found at Lake Piru this morning. The recovery is in progress. There will be a news conference at 2 pm at the lake.”

Now TMZ is reporting that the person found is Naya Rivera. The outlet states, “Naya Rivera’s body has been recovered from Lake Piru. Our law enforcement sources have confirmed it is, in fact, her.”
The Ventura County Sheriff’s Department is having a press conference at 2 p.m. to reveal more information.
UPDATE:
During the live stream, the Ventura County Sheriff’s Department said that they are confident that the body they found was Naya Rivera.
They also repeat that there is no evidence of foul play with the incident.
