39 Missing Children Found In Georgia
Last weekend, news broke via social media that a bunch of missing children were found in Georgia in one trailer, but don’t believe everything you read.
According to WJBF, the children were actually found in different locations across the state.
“Operation Not Forgotten” was a success, as U.S. Marshals were true heroes and rescued 26 children and found 13 others over the course of the operation.
Many of the children are “some of the most at-risk and challenging recovery cases in Georgia, based on indications of high-risk factors such as victimization of child sex trafficking, child exploitation, sexual abuse, physical abuse, and medical or mental health conditions,” according to a press release.
Let’s get them home safe and sound.
