TIME magazine is releasing a special issue honoring the resurgence of Black culture and arts calling it the “second Black Renaissance.” Gracing the cover of this issue is Amanda Gorman, who made history as the youngest National poet laureate when she spoke at the inauguration of President Joe Biden.
