Genius returns to the National Geographic Channel in March, and the season will tell the life and story of Aretha Franklin, with Cynthia Erivo portraying the iconic musician.

The show, named Genius: Aretha, debuts on the National Geographic Channel at 9 p.m. ET on March 21.

If you'd like to see it sooner, Bedrock and Emagine Entertainment are offering a free public screening of Genius: Aretha on Saturday (March 13).

“Aretha Franklin is not only a local legend but a global one, and we are very proud to use our platform at the Monroe Street Drive-In to help celebrate the continuation of her reign as the Queen of Soul,” Ivy Greaner, COO of Bedrock, said in a press release.

The screening will take place at the Monroe Street Drive-In. Gates open at 6 p.m., and admission is first come, first serve.
