Drs. Myla Patterson-Smith, Shuntae Williams, Charletha Irvin Joseph, and Elethia Tillman have partnered to create a new podcast using their mastery to make science and healthcare easy to understand.
The Black Scientist Cooperative (“BSC”) Podcast mission is to "empower the Black community to make informed, science-based decisions on health and wellness" and will cover important topics like the science behind the COVID-19 vaccines, health care disparities, and more. (Source: BlackNews.com)

Randi’s mom knew she was destined to be in some form of entertainment when even as a small child, she would pretend a pencil was a microphone and sing and charm family and friends. Later she would sing in church and college choirs. However, it wasn’t until she attended Specs Howard School of Media Arts, that Ms. Myles would find her true voice. Randi enjoys writing about the city of Detroit, faith, and the community.
