If you’ve ever found yourself stuck in the middle of a great Netflix movie at 2:30 a.m. on a Tuesday night, then you’ll attest to the fact that Netflix can get in the way of a good night’s sleep.
Now, a new Netflix docuseries will try to teach its subscribers how to get that oh-so desired night of rest.
The streaming service has joined forces with meditation app Headspace for a seven-part series called Headspace Guide to Sleep.
The animated series, which debuts April 28, promises to give “the science behind a healthy night’s sleep and provides tips on how to get the best sleep you’ve ever had. Each 15-minute episode explores a different aspect of our relationship with sleep — such as insomnia, stress, our phones and even sleeping pills — followed by a guided wind-down designed to help you on your journey to a better sleep,” according to a statement.
The Vox Media Studios series is a follow-up to Netflix’s Headspace Guide to Meditation.
