‘Martin’ Reboot Not Likely to Happen, Says Tisha Campbell and Tichina Arnold
It doesn’t look like a Martin reboot is going to happen.
During an appearance on Tamron Hall’s talk show Friday (April 23), Tisha Campbell and Tichina Arnold said that they wanted to bring the ’90s show back, but haven’t been able to get everyone to sign on.
“It’s something that we wanted to happen,” Arnold said, according to PEOPLE. “It’s something that we tried very hard for it to happen, but the way it looks to me, realistically, it’s not going to happen. Not unless it’s an animation.”
An animated version of the show could happen, though.
“Tisha brought up a great idea to do animation of it,” they said in the interview. “But I would say a show can never ever be rebooted without the original cast.”
