El Barzón Restaurante

El Barzon Restaurante has been rocking it in the Motor City since 2007. They offer both traditional Mexican and Italian dishes, so there’s truly something for everyone. We love the Chiles Rellenos, a poblano pepper filed with ground beef or cheese finished with their homemade tomato sauce.

Galindo’s A Taste of Mexico

Galindo’s is getting in on the Cinco de Mayo spirit, offering delivery from noon until 9 p.m. in Southgate and Wyandotte, according to their Facebook page. We love their Santa Fe Burrito, with a flour tortilla, chicken, oaxacan cheese, sautéed peppers, onions, spanish rice, pico de gallo and sour cream. Oh, my!
