Local Drive-In to Host Free Screening of Detroit-Filmed ‘No Sudden Move’
“No Sudden Move” is joining forces with Detroit-area businesses to offer a preview screening of the new crime drama, which debuts July 1 on HBO Max.
Hopefuls can sign up online for a chance to win free passes to the event, which takes place Sunday night (June 27) at the Ford-Wyoming Drive-In in Dearborn.
“No Sudden Move” was filmed in 2020 with tight COVID-19 restrictions in place. The film, directed by Steven Soderbergh, tells the story of some criminals who get hired for an easy job– that doesn’t turn out to be so easy.
Actors include David Harbour of “Stranger Things,” Kieran Culkin of “Succession,” Don Cheadle, Benicio del Toro, Ray Liotta, Bill Duke, Amy Seimitz and more.
