10 Best U.S. States to Live in
I’m a Michigan girl, born and raised, and I personally think Michigan is a great state. In the summer, we have the Great Lakes, plus a bunch of inland lakes, and in the winter, it’s snow heaven. (Okay, I could do without the snow. But still.)
WalletHub.com recently conducted a study to determine the best states to live in across the United States.
The study looked at affordability, economy, education and health, quality of life and safety.
So, how did Michigan do?
The Mitten actually landed smack dab in the middle of this list, coming in at the No. 25 best state to live in. Michigan’s overall score was 53.28. In comparison, the No. 1 state scored 63.01, so we’re not far from it.
Below are the top 10 best states to live in, according to the study.
