Everybody loves Detroit-style pizza, so it’s no wonder that Pizza Hut is bringing their Detroit-style offering back due to popular demand.

The chain announced Tuesday (Aug. 24) that the pizza would be available nationwide starting Wednesday (Aug. 25). The pizza was first released in January.

“Detroit-Style was a hit from the moment it launched,” David Graves, general manager of Pizza Hut, said in a statement. “Once it sold out, our customers have been asking for it back. This is actually the fastest we’ve brought back a pizza in over 10 years.”

According to Pizza Hut, its Detroit-style pizzas sold out two weeks earlier than expected. It was especially popular in Detroit. Duh, right?

Each Pizza Hut Detroit-style pizza is rectangular-shaped and has cheese going all the way to the edges. It has toppings piled on, as well as tomato sauce.

Pizza Hut’s Detroit style will be available as a customizable pizza, with customers allowed to pick up to five toppings. Special varieties include the Supremo, Meaty Deluxe and Double Pepperoni.
