Michigan’s Mac and Cheese Festival Returns in October
I have yet to meet someone who doesn’t like mac and cheese. As a vegetarian, I like the dish even more than most. Well, if you haven’t heard, there’s an entire Michigan festival dedicated to the cheesy, gooey stuff. Thank you!
The Michigan Mac and Cheese Festival is set for Oct. 9 at Homer Stryker Field in Kalamazoo. The event will run from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m., and VIP tickets will get you in two hours early. It’s a trek from Detroit, but if you’re a mac and cheese lover, it could be worth it.
A variety of different VIP packages are available for the festival. A number of different vendors will also be on hand, including The Mac Shack, Mangia’s Blue Plate Food Truck, Louie’s Trophy House Grill and more.
