Pamela Culpepper Makes History by Becoming the First Black Woman to Sit on Prada’s Board
Prada Group has announced the appointments of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) professionals Pamela Culpepper to the Prada Group’s Board of Directors. — TextileFuturePrada S.p.A. actually appointed two new Independent Non-Executive Directors: Pamela Culpepper and Anna Maria Rugarli. Both were selected for their extensive backgrounds in three courses of action for the company; people, environment and culture. In an interview with Essence, Culpepper said, “Prada is at the intersection of authentically connecting their values and purpose with the needs and will of their key stakeholders.” She says her role, “is to help strategically navigate that intersection.”

Randi’s mom knew she was destined to be in some form of entertainment when even as a small child, she would pretend a pencil was a microphone and sing and charm family and friends. Later she would sing in church and college choirs. However, it wasn’t until she attended Specs Howard School of Media Arts, that Ms. Myles would find her true voice.
