Snoop Dogg is for the children! The icon has launched an animated children's series where he will teach kids about different educational, social, and emotional situations with a cast of animated dogs through song.

The official show title is Doggyland – Kids Songs & Nursery Rhymes and they have already released their first four episodes on YouTube and YouTube Kids. The multi-hyphenate talent spoke about the inspiration behind this new project.

“As a father, grandfather and longtime youth football coach, it’s always been important to me to build positive and educational environments for all children,” the rapper said in a statement, per Vibe. “We wanted to bring our show to YouTube and YouTube Kids which provides free access to everyone, so all the kids can enjoy it.”

“I’ve always wanted to create a kid-friendly series that lets kids be kids and is truly representative of the culture with everything from the music to the characters,” he added.

New episodes of the show, will officially premiere on Tuesdays. Take a look at the first episode of Doggyland below:
