David and Tamela Mann To Be Celebrated at Urban One Honors

David and Tamela Mann will receive the Inspirational Impact award at the Fifth Annual Urban One Honors on Friday December 2nd in Atlanta. Also, Hip Hop legend and two-time Grammy winner LL Cool J will be honored with the Entertainment Icon Award at this year’s Urban One Honors.
The theme of this year’s show is, “Celebrating Icons of the Culture” and will be hosted by R&B singer and actor Tank. Urban One Honors will be aired on January 16 (Martin Luther King Jr. Day) on TV One and Cleo TV. (Source: NewsOne.com)

Randi Myles is the mid-day host on Detroit’s Praise Network. Randi’s mom knew she was destined to be in some form of entertainment when even as a small child, she would pretend a pencil was a microphone and sing and charm family and friends. Later she would sing in church and college choirs. However, it wasn’t until she attended Specs Howard School of Media Arts, that Ms. Myles would find her true voice.
