But after the release of his documentary: Father’s Day – A Kirk Franklin Story, you may have a glimpse of why this talented man of God has always wanted nothing more than acceptance.
While working on his new project, “Father’s Day,” (Release Date: October 6, 2023) Kirk received some news that has profoundly changed the trajectory of his entire life. He teased a bit of this on his social media a few weeks ago…

Kirk’s documentary is not only a story of reconciliation but also putting the missing pieces of his life together in order to heal and I thank him for letting us heal too.
