Denzel Washington’s Be Careful What You Pray For Moment
In a recent interview for his role in the film “Gladiator II, actor Denzel Washington shared an extraordinary story about prayer and seeking the face of God.
The celebrated actor told BBC’s 1Xtra Breakfast host Nadia Jae that while listening to music and praying he said, “Lord, you know, everybody’s singing about the face of God. They can see your face, and I want to see your face. And while I was saying ‘I want to see your face, I heard ‘Turn to your left.’ I turned to my left. I picked [up] my phone, and I [took a picture].
