Watch the seventh installment of Conversations with Wayne State University!
Mildred Gaddis sits down with Dr. M. Roy Wilson, President of Wayne State University, and Darrell Dawsey, Director of Community Communications for Wayne State University. Earlier this week, President Wilson joined with some of Detroit’s most important business leaders to announce the opening of the Mike Illitch School of Business at Wayne State, which promises to be an incubator for some of Detroit’s sharpest minds and a boom for our local workforce. The three discuss just some of the successes the university has seen since Dr. Wilson became president, possible collaborations with hospitals and other universities to change the trajectory of health in Detroit & the Wayne Med-Direct Program, which mentors and trains scholars to become leaders in the medical community.
