NewSpring Church founder Perry Noble, who revealed that he once bought 10 lottery tickets in 2016 to try and win a $1.3 billion jackpot, asked this question on his blog, “Is gambling bad? Yep…but sex can be as well!! Do we get rid of that too?”
He continued by saying, “I’ve heard the heartbreaking stories of people spending their paycheck on lottery tickets and living in poverty — what people do not understand is the mindset of people who do this — it’s not the lottery, it’s something deeper, and if they did not have the lottery to blow their money on they would find something else”
