An extensive study to  led by Saddleback Church’s Online Campus Pastor Jay Kranda says, The “State of the Online Church,” shows the benefits of online church and not for reasons you may think:

  • 42% of churches saw their online attendance consisting of people living in a reasonable driving distance of their church
  • 28% saw online attendance evenly mixed of local and non-local
  • 17% saw attendance of people who live 1 hour away from their church and
  • 59 percent of churches have seen physical growth since launching an online ministry.
