Hailing from the Motor City, Clifton Ross III, is a gifted musician and teacher. Growing up in Detroit, Clifton led songs at his home church, Greater Miller Memorial C.O.G.I.C. under the music ministry of Elder Earl J. Wright Jr.

You may be also familiar with Clifton as one of the top contestants on Season Two of BET’s Sunday Best competition in 2009; since that time his musical career has continued to forge forward. This year, he returned to the BET Sunday Best competition and is currently one of the Top Three Finalist for their All-Star season.

When asked about his life goals, Clifton confidently responds, “to complete the assignment.” One assignment is to be voted Season Eight’s Sunday Best! Voting is open until Noon ET on Saturday. And, be sure to watch the Finale Show Sunday, August 30 on BET at 8pm ET/7pm CT
