Tonight we address the Orange Elephant in the room namely President Trump and his irresponsible comments about the use of bleach and disinfectants to get rid of the COVID-19 virus, and the impact of those statements. These are obviously very dangerous and extremely irresponsible statements for anyone to make, and even worse for them to have come from the President of the United States. Herein we have another case of the Occupant of the White House not understanding the power of his own words, or maybe he does? We discuss that during our first segment of tonight’s show.
We also recognize and pay tribute to the front line and essential workers that are helping to keep our communities safe during this COVID-19 crisis. There are numerous stories surrounding the trauma these individuals witness on a daily basis and the impact of what they see is real. We share with you a couple of stories from front line and essential workers that will not only help us to better understand the intricacies and complexities of this pandemic, but to also help us to better appreciate the tremendous sacrifices they make for all us to remain safe.
We also discuss the Last Dance 10 part documentary of the 1997-98 Bulls NBA Season and their last championship run, and the impact that it had not only on the City of Chicago, but around the globally. This documentary continues to prove and solidify Michael Jordan’s greatness. And, we offer our feedback about the first 4 episodes of this series airing on ESPN during tonight’s show. PLUS, we have a dynamic Thought of the Week that we entitling “Don’t Drink the Bleach.” I know this thought is going to bless you tonight. Be sure to tune into tonight’s show
