Breena Clark has written several novels, her first, River, Cross My Heart, was a Oprah Book Club Selection, and was named by Publishers Weekly as one of the seven essential books about Washington D.C.. In our interview, we talk about the many stories written by Black Influential Women around the country that fill the pages of this new book, and how these stories are powerful and impactful, and speak to problems and issues that Black Women face. This is definitely a interview you don’t want to miss!
PLUS, we have a dynamic Thought of the Week entitled, “The Homeless Pastor,” that I came across scrolling through my social media a couple of days ago, and I thought I would share it with you. It is a story that challenges us as Christians to do more than just claim Christ, but to be like Christ especially in how we interact wtih the world. Needless to say, this is defiinitely going to be a EPIC show that encourage you to listen to, and not just listen to but share with you someone as well. It’s powerful enough to listen, but even more important to share.
