It’s always fun to see what baby names are trending each year. I looked up my name, Anne, and discovered it’s not a very popular name anymore. It’s not even inside the top 100 of girls’ baby names. That’s a bummer, but hey, I still like my name.
Names.org has put together a list of the Most Popular Baby Names in Michigan in 2022, using Social Security Administration data on births and user interest on its website. I would love to see what the most popular names were back in 1880. Actually, I just looked up the data via the Social Security administration, and it looks like John and Mary were the most popular names back then, which are still popular names today.
So, which baby names are the most popular in Michigan in 2022? For boys, Noah is No. 1, followed by Liam and Oliver. For girls, Amelia is No. 1, followed by Charlotte and Olivia.
