The Randi Myles Show

About

Randi’s mom knew she was destined to be in some form of entertainment when even as a small child, she would pretend a pencil was a microphone and sing and charm family and friends. Later she would sing in church and college choirs. However, it wasn’t until she attended Specs Howard School of Media Arts, that Ms. Myles would find her true voice.

No stranger to the world of radio, Randi has spent many years as a local air personality for station formats from Light Rock to Jazz. The last two-years, Ms. Myles was an adjunct instructor for Specs Howard School of Media Arts; teaching students the art of being on the air, broadcast writing, and prepping them on entering the media workforce. Randi’s also spent many years as a reporter, guiding listeners through traffic snarls and construction zones; and is a seasoned voice-over artist doing commercials for Chrysler, Proctor and Gamble, Kmart and more.

Yet, her pull and passion have always been gospel music and she is deeply immersed in the church community. Randi is thrilled to provide metro Detroit with a daily dose of inspiration and help touch each listener’s life with something uplifting and positive every day.

At home, Randi is part of a wonderful family she affectionately refers to as the “Black Brady Bunch,” and is currently getting her son ready to enter the world of adulthood. She loves cooking, and is a social media geek.
