The talented Brian McKnight turns 51 today. Happy birthday, Brian! In honor, here are some lesser-known facts about the superstar.

He has lots of Grammy nominations, but no trophy-- yet. McKnight has been nominated for 16 Grammy Awards, but hasn't snagged one. Soon, hopefully!

He hosted a late-night talk television show. Even though he's known for his music, McKnight hosted a talk show in 2009 called "The Brian McKnight Show" with Kym Whitley.

He was a Broadway star. In 2007, McKnight made his Broadway debut in the cast of "Chicago."

He's used to being around siblings. McKnight is the youngest of four boys!

He had a popular song on the "Beverly Hills 90210" soundtrack. McKnight recorded the song "Love Is" with Vanessa Williams, and it, of course, was a hit!
