Stellar Gospel Music Awards Announce 2021 Performance and Host Lineup
The “Greatest Night in Gospel Music” is back with the 36th Annual Stellar Gospel Music Awards, which will tape July 10 at the Schermerhorn Symphony Center in Nashville, Tennessee.
Tye Tribbett and Jekalyn Carr will host the event, which will feature an awards celebration as well as gospel performances.
Performers lined up for the show include Jonathan McReynolds, J.J. Hairston, Maverick City Music, Pastor Mike Jr. and Tamela Mann, as well as hosts Tribbett and Carr.
The Clark Sisters will also perform, plus receive the James Cleveland Lifetime Achievement Award.
“After a challenging 2020, we are thrilled to return to the mainstage in one of the music epicenters of the world, Nashville, TN, for the 36th Annual Stellar Gospel Music Awards,” Don Jackson, founder of the Stellar Awards and chairman of Central City Productions, said in a statement. “With a theme of ‘Lighting the Way with Our Faith, Music and Family,’ we are set to deliver an evening of inspiration and celebration, led by the incomparable Tye Tribett and Jekalyn Carr, who are sure to bring high energy and excitement to the evening.”

Tickets to the 2021 Stellar Gospel Music Awards will be available to the public soon. The show will air in national broadcast syndication starting Aug. 7 through Sept. 5.
