Picking the right college to attend is a daunting task. I remember going through the process, and it wasn't easy, although living close to one of the biggest universities in the country made it a bit easer, as I picked Michigan State University.

Some students really want to have fun in college. I mean, having fun is important, but my little bit of advice is to pick a school that has a good record in your chosen program and where you think you'll be able to grow both academically and socially.

That said, the staff at Barstool Sports has put together a list of the Top 50 Party Schools in the country. I don't really see a metric behind why these schools were chosen, but Barstool is known for their party-happy web content, so they must have done some kind of research. As it turns out, Michigan has two of the top party schools in the U.S. Michigan comes in at No. 39 on the list, and Michigan State is No. 27. I actually think both schools have great academics, too, so maybe the mantra is work hard, play hard.

My buddy Joe Winner over at ESPN Florida first posted this story, noting that this is quite a comprehensive list. Read on for the full scoop on the top 50 party schools in the U.S., and best of luck in your college search!
