Detroit Lions Turned Lambeau Field into Ford Field, and Here’s Photo Proof
The Detroit Lions made Lambeau Field seem like Ford Field on Thursday night (Sept. 28). What a way to win against one of our biggest rivals. Detroit walked away with a 34-20 win, and now, we have a 3-1 overall record. That score might seem a bit close, but it wasn’t really a close game. The Lions scored early and often, and then the Packers just weren’t able to come back from the beating.
The Detroit Lions have been one of the most buzzed-about teams in the NFL this season. Now, we have proof that it’s for good reason. The Lions beat the Kansas City Chiefs during the opening night of the NFL season. Since the Chiefs are the reigning Super Bowl champs, that win was a surprise. But, Lions fans knew they could do it. Then, there was a weird loss to the Seattle Seahawks, followed by a win against the Falcons and, now the Packers.
Check this out. If you look at this tweet below, there’s evidence that the Lions were out in full force. There is so much blue in the crowd. That’s the way to represent, Lions fans! That’s photo proof that Lambeau Field looked more like Ford Field.

I’m drinking that blue Kool-Aid. The new season of “The Squad with Anne Erickson” is officially here, and we have some great people booked. The show has me chatting with NFL reporters, and it’s always an insightful listen. Moreover, we’re going to have a lot to talk about for the coming season. Larry Lage of the AP recently joined me on “The Squad” to talk about the current Lions team and much more. “If you have the best quarterback, you win,” he says on the show. I agree. It seems like the rock song “We Are the Champions” from Queen should be our theme song. Listen below. Reach out to me here.
