After being put on the NFL’s reserve/COVID-19 list, Sports Illustrated is reporting that Detroit Lions quarterback Matthew Stafford has tested positive for COVID-19.

According to the reports, Stafford tested negative for COVID-19 twice last week and then tested positive after taking a third test.

Stafford is the NFL’s first starting quarterback to be put on the COVID-19 reserve list.

We send Stafford our best wishes for a speedy recovery.
