Rickey Smiley Shares the Sad News That Pastor Fred Thomas Has Passed Away from COVID-19
Rickey Smiley recently took to his social media to share the sad news that Pastor Fred Thomas has passed away.
Pastor Fred was a North Texas pastor and a favorite on Smiley’s morning show. Smiley’s “Church in 60 Seconds” highlighted Pastor Fred was a hugely popular segment on the radio program.
Pastor Fred’s son also took to social media to report the sad news.
“It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of my father Pastor Fred Thomas,” he said. “This was not our will or desire, but it is the will of God in which we accept. Please pray for my family and I as we go through this trying time of loss. All will be well and we will make it through this as he would have wanted us to. Arrangements will be announced.”
