Detroit's Little Caesars has introduced its newest menu item, the Crazy Calzony.

“Our pizza visionaries have been working on this innovation for months,” Jeff Klein, chief marketing officer at Little Caesars, said in a press release. “I’m eager for customers to finally get the chance to taste the cheesy goodness of one of our most exciting products yet.”

The Crazy Calzony is the perfect treat for fans of pizza and calzones. It's part pepperoni pizza, part pepperoni calzone, pizza in the middle and the calzone around the edges.

The calzone-like crust is filled with garlic white sauce, mozzarella cheese, and julienne pepperoni and sprinkled with parmesan cheese. It's served with Crazy Sauce for dipping. A cheese option is also available.

The new offers retails for $8.49. Right now, it can be ordered online for pickup only. Beginning Aug. 23, the Crazy Calzony will be sold daily from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. during the Hot N’ Ready hours at participating locations.

The Crazy Calzony is a limited time offering.
