Rolling Stone magazine is always releasing new best-of lists, and their latest surrounds the 500 Greatest Albums of All Time.
The publication names Marvin Gaye’s famed “What’s Going On” at the greatest album. We agree it’s right up there!
Rolling Stone calls the record one of Gaye’s “most spectacular vocal performances” out of his rich career.
Moving down the list, Beach Boys come in at No. 2 with “Pet Sounds,” and Joni Mitchell is No. 3 with Blue.” Check out the full list here.
