Randi’s Scripture of the Day
Each day I find words from the Lord from things that are happening in my life to devotionals, my Bible app and church service. Here are this week’s scriptures.
Romans 12:12 (NIV) Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer.
Galatians 5:22 – 23 (ESV) But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. Against such things there is no law.
Philippians 4:4 (ESV) Rejoice in the Lord always; again, I will say, rejoice.
James 1:2-3 (NIV) Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith develops perseverance.
Proverbs 17:22 (ESV) A joyful heart is good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones.
Reminder: This week we focus on finding joy. Many of us are going through so much right now and it can be so hard to find joy. But according to our scriptures this week, we can find joy even during trials and tribulations… be joyful today!
