Up Next for Kanye West? An Opera About King Nebuchadnezzar

Now that Kanye West’s Jesus Is King album is a success, the rapper is working on his next project– an opera based on Nebuchadnezzar. Nebuchadnezzar was a Babylonian King who is also mentioned many times in the Old Testament and punished for his arrogance.

According to ETCanda, West teased the opera on Twitter on Sunday with a gold engraving of the king. Nebuchadnezzar.

And speaking on arrogance, West said this during the Sunday Service held at Pastor Joel Osteen’s church over the weekend that he is the, “greatest artist God has ever created.”
