Black History Spotlight: Meet the Creator of Coloring Books That Teaches Kids About Credit
Kishanna Heyward is the author of Credit is King, Kareem and Credit is Queen, Charlene that teaches youngsters about credit.
Heyward was inspired to create the coloring book series when her 4-year old daughter asked about credit. Her research came up empty to help her daughter understand so… she created her own.

Heyward said, “I created the credit coloring books to help our youth learn about credit at a very early age.” Kishanna is a former elementary school teacher and has seen how little children are exposed to financial literacy in school. (Source: BlackNews.com)
