Best States for Summer Road Trips – Here’s Where Michigan Ranks
One of my favorite things to do is go on a summer road trip- preferably, to a rock concert.
If you’re like me, then you’ll be happy to note that a new survey ranks Michigan as one of the best states in the country to head out on the road.
Wallethub conducted the study, which looked at 33 key metrics to find the most enjoyable, scenic and affordable road-tripping states. Everything from road conditions to safety were taken into consideration.
Michigan came in a No. 9 with a total score of 53.06%. New York took the No. 1 spot, followed by Texas, Louisiana, Maine and North Carolina to round out the top five.
