For those who follow Chanel Haynes from Trin-I-Tee 5:7, you know that the gifted singer played the role of Tina Turner in Europe for the musical, “Tina.” Upon learning of the death of the Queen of Rock and Roll, Haynes took to Instagram to share her thoughts. At times, comforted by her husband, she gave us all a lesson about Tina Turner’s strength and message of never giving up on your dreams.

Randi Myles is the mid-day host on Detroit’s Praise Network.
